How do I choose my size?
Open the size guide on the product page and compare its measurements with a garment you already wear. Fits vary by style. Some hoodies run small: follow the advice on that specific page rather than applying one rule to the whole collection.
Are the fits unisex?
STATUS / 01 clothing is offered in unisex fits. Use each style's measurements and photos to choose the look you want.
When will my order be ready?
We produce after you order. Allow approximately 2–5 business days for production, followed by shipping. The shipping charge appears at checkout; timing depends on your destination. Items from one order may arrive separately.
How should I care for my piece?
Follow the label and product-page care instructions. For printed clothing, use a gentle cold wash inside out and avoid ironing directly over the design. Embroidered accessories may require different care.
Can I change size or return something?
Yes. Our policy gives you 14 days after delivery to request a return of a standard item. You pay return postage for a change of mind or size. Read Returns & refunds for the full process.
Who can help with a parcel or product problem?

Which languages can I contact you in?
French, English or German. Collection slogans stay in English in all three versions of the store.
